Exceptional N/A Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean, a/c was cold, and location was great.

Okay, could be better. As mentioned earlier I had to wait for a while for the shuttle. The breakfast, although food was ok, did not provide any fresh fruits or vegetables just eggs, biscuits, waffles, and sausage. The juices were not fresh. I didn't like that all of the plates and cups were disposable - it's 2023, why are hotels (large chains at that) still using environmentally damaging styrofoam when you have facilities to clean a few plates. Our free shuttle service is very busy especially in the evening, as we are picking up guests and distressed passengers that are staying at our hotel. Rested well. Breakfast and availability. Staff quick to remove the breakfast food by their stated hours! Bed spreads needs to be changed daily. Carpet needs sanitizing, rooms need a clean, welcoming odor. Elevator isn't cleaned often. Hand sanitizer available in locations where there is alot of touching to keep covid and other bacteria away. Staff dresses like they are at home? Only indicators were the shirts with the Hotel insignia. Thank you for the review, Harriett. I am sorry that you were not happy with your stay. Our breakfast hours are posted on the wall and also told to all guests checking in. All of our staff members wear uniforms which are required by Wyndham, and I am happy to report that we have a professional cleaning company come shampoo and sanitize the carpets and AC units every three months. I will pass your comments along to the staff so we can improve our service.
