I had a rocky start waiting nearly an hour for the shuttle from the airport in the sketchy hotel shuttle pick up area. A lot of flights were cancelled though so I was later told that is why it was delayed. Check in and out were prompt. Decent breakfast. Shuttle back to the airport was prompt and left at scheduled time. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised to not hear any planes and slept for a few hours straight despite being a light sleeper.

Do we all have issues using a third party website? Our check-in was great, and I'm thinking everywhere we go and use a "third-party" website....all hotels put us in the "least used" rooms. Our room, had the water pressure in the shower really weak, our air conditioning unit was working with the heat and if'y with the cold air. The room phone didn't have a cord on the receiver and the lighting in the room...well it was ok.
