Rooms were very spacious and nice. The shuttle service to the game is $25/ person. We were told we would be picked up from the cowboys stadium 30 minutes after we call. After 3 phone calls and an hour and 1/2 later we got picked up. I would stay at the property again but not use the shuttle service.
staff was friendly hotel was clean only think i didn’t like was going on stairs it smell horrible besides that everything was good n comfy
CONS: First night in TV was set to Spanish...after trying to fix it ourselves called to see if they could send someone to fix it. No one available that knew how. We finally did figure it out. No channel guide in room and not one on tv just had to hunt thru channels and no info to let you know what it was. Saw a couple roaches. Breakfast didn't start till 7, we had to be at our event by 630 on Sat. Sun went down for breakfast, juice machine didn't work and hot water in dispenser was cold. Food was so so.
