Everyone was so polite and welcoming my room was clean and comfortable. The cleanness of the hotel was the first thing I noticed along with the shuttle service 10/10
I didn't use the airport shuttle, but I noticed that it was definitely busy and being used. I haven't seen anyone that ever lost their temper regarding the service for the shuttle. The room was nice and offered plenty of room. I didn't realize that we had booked a double room instead of a handicap room, but the woman working the front desk during second shift was able to find us a shower chair to use and offered to move us downstairs to a bigger room.
