Family first flight to Texas Our room was not the cleanest; however, I know that we are in the midst of a pandemic. The sofa was torn in the suite, and the sofa bed was extremely worn out. A new sofa was to be placed in the room, but due to some unforeseen circumstances; it wasn't done by the end of our visit. The manager did try to make good on the issue though. Comfortable and clean I had to wait a few times for them to bring out certain breakfast items because they would run out before I arrived. They didn’t have the variety of coffee they had before on previous visits. I would have liked more variety of juice instead of the flavored water. Disappointed that they still didn’t have lids for the coffee cups as they did the first time I visited there. Upon arrival, there wasn’t a full set of towels in the room. The tissue box was empty. Good Being charged at the beginning of the stay was a first and I disliked it. Rooms were about 50% clean we had to clean, disinfect, and change dirty sheets during the first hour we got there. A couple of the front desk employees were not informed, and could use some customer service classes. Facility is nice, pool is nice, breakfast was good as well.
Update living area Spent an hour with front desk clerk in room trying to fix tv. Couch was horrible and old. Cushions were tore up and busted. Pull out bed had no foundation. It was like a flat pancake. Child had to sleep on lounge chair from bedroom. I would not let him touch couch. King room was great. Loved that bathroom had two ways into.
