Lately I have had a lot of bad experiences with La Quinta but this hotel, have won my heart front desk Luis was friendly have a great customer service. The 800 operator was very helpful to find me a place to stay for the night. Omg and the breakfast from awesome! Nice and clean atmosphere, and the rooms were clean too.
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and we were able to leave my car there safely for several days. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and everyone going above and beyond when we met with travel hang-ups, and needing shuttle service at weird hours. I can not say enough about how great the staff was; probably the best customer service I've ever experienced!
The room was nice, bed comfortable, breakfast good. However, in the business center couldn't get printer to work. Also, the parking lot was full when I arrived after midnight. I had to park on the backside of building. I understand that but the only door on the side has a card reader that didn't work which means that I had to walk all the way around the building carrying my bags alone. As a woman, I will not stay here again if I have to walk around the hotel, poor lighting in some areas, to the front. My job is night work th... read more
Beds are super comfy, rooms are nice,bathroom was a bit dirty, breakfast was good, pool area needs overhaul- falling apart, staff was friendly.
My husband and I stay here 5-6 times a year with our 4 kids and we've NEVER have a problem!!!! The rooms are always clean and the free breakfast is great!!! The only thing I would like to see different is for the pool to be open later than 10 on the weekends!

I always love coming to la quinta its very clean and pleasant will be back with my family
Starting out Cynthia went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable after missing our flight American Airlines put us up here and the shuttle driver he was amazing very friendly even made one of my dreams come true drove me by the AT&T Stadium and even took pictures of me out front of it would definitely stay here again
