Overall our experience is ok. As a mom of 3 elementary children, the pool is a fantastic feature to have. Included breakfast was not so special but appreciated.
Todo muy limpio pero mucho desorden con los huéspedes
The heater was far too loud to leave on during the night, which makes the room really cold. Also the noise when someone next door takes a shower is ridiculous. It sounded like someone was vacuuming our room at 2am. The overall cleanliness of the room was also not great. Very superficial. Dust on everything that’s not a larger surface. The furniture has seen better days but that comes with the “daily wear”.

I love this hotel, the staff is always so nice and helpful. My family and I like staying there for the pool and always have a great time. This is our first time back since the pandemic began and everything was very clean. The only complaint i may have is that breakfast is now grab and go bags versus a hot meal but i guess is ok under the circumstances.
