The parking lot is in desperate need of being redone. Way too many potholes.
Everything was good.
The front desk staff were so nice to us. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
No hangers to hang our clothing on. Heating system didn't work properly we were either too hot or too cold it functioned terribly. Very low water pressure in the toilet, we could barely get anything to flush without having to flush several times and or holding the handle continuously.
Check in was an easy process. The guy at the front desk was friendly and gave us some good dinner options. The room was clean, good place to stay as we were passing through!

Customer svc was prompt when door couldn’t open. Room was quite cozy. Bed was quite comfortable.
The photos were misleading. The room was quite dark, so does the hallway. And my room was so far from the only elevator, and there are no separate entrance to get to my room. I was using the restroom, when the cleaning staff barged in. I was here for 1 night, the bed was comfortable, the staffs were friendly and the room was clean. Because of Covid, none of the hotel amenities were available.
