Booking.com must redefine filters properly I booked this property especially for kitchen facilities, but no kitchen facilities were there. Disappointed Cleanliness and atmosphere
Clean fun stay in the Rockaways Parking was limited This was my only possible negative comment. The friendly staff really were superb! I did not want to leave my room Ultra modern comfort !
Room for improvent never full Not escorted to room,locating it took time,with my heavy bags. Why helped to get bags into shuttle when checking in,not so when checking out? Could it have to do with tips Cleanliness, good staff,ready shuttle for customers
Perfect all the way. Nothing to complain about. It was a perfect stay. The reasons I booked this property were because it was close to JFK and it had free 24 hour airport shuttle service. The shuttle service was EXCELLENT! My 5 year old daughter and I arrived near midnight on an international flight and the shuttle was there within 2 minutes. Nice, clean, comfortable room.
