Good Staff could have been more helpful.
Good The parking and very hot in the lobby! And I never got to get ice there wasn't a bag in my ice bucket! I asked twice never received a bag! It's convenient when I come to visit! The parking I thought it was on property but I was never told I could park in the garage! Very nice staff and clean though!

Terrible room No bathroom in room!!!! Noisiest room I have ever stayed in. Expensive for what the room was. I got stuck at JFK and this was best hotel I could find at 2 am. Breakfast was not good. Clean and fairly close to airport. Bed was pretty good. Staff was nice.

excellent facilities maybe another ice machine on another floor would be nice will stay again when I because I book through booking.com my credit card was not accepted even though money was available so I had to pay at the money machine to withdraw money to pay for the stay and cash deposit. the clerk suggested that this is a regular occurance with booking.com customers. yes everything was top notch it same to be a brand new hotel not like what the picture suggest.

GREAT STAFF VERY CLEAN. HORRIBLE LOCATION SCAREY location. I was surprised I wasn't robbed going to the ONLY store in walking distance. Why would anyone build a quality hotel in this DANGEROUS neighborhood. Very clean. Exceptionally helpful staff
