Accessibility room at the farthest end of hall. No removable showerhead. Tub was extremely slippery. No toilet seat cover to sit on. Desk lamp was broken. No welcome gift. Staff was all nice & tried to accommodate. Needed better grass in dog area & mowing. Beds good. Shower pressure good just slippery. Breakfast was average but again, good staff. Overall good stay. Long hall for Accessibility was the worst thing.

Overall, my stay wasn't horrible but I don't sleep well in hotels to begin with. I requested a room as far away from the elevator as possible due to noise and my trouble with sleeping and they put me next to the elevators anyway! Literally right next to the elevators!!! She said they didn't have anything else available, but they definitely had plenty of rooms available because there was only a few cars in the parking lot.

The gym was not available. The jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast was just so-so. But the room was good. Price was good. So it was okay. Loved the indoor swimming pool.

This was a spur of the moment need as our electricity went out at our home. Well please with the accommodations
