It was clean and staff was nice.

The elevator was broken and we had to walk up to the 3rd floor which was very annoying. I asked for a discount, but probably should have been given a bigger one. The hot water sucked b/c we were taking a shower at the same time as everyone else. Maybe get a hot water heater that can handle showers in a hotel. other than that, stay was nice.

It was crazy busy with the hard, extended freeze. Numerous water outages compounded the difficulties. Staff handled very well with a smile. Room was neat, clean and a welcome respite from the weather
Traveled with pet and easy access to get outside Room clean and all rooms non smoking.

Nice hotel, great staff. Good stay. I had dogs with me and they were great about getting checked in and settled near and exit. Very quick, friendly staff.
