Clean room
All of staff we encountered were pleasant, rooms and common areas were clean. They did earn that 5th star due the heavily advertised pool and jacuzzi neing taken out of service and not not bothering to state this in their advertising.. Bait and switch.... star due to their pool and hot tu.
Front desk was very helpful and tge room was clean ☺️
Great space and the rooms were clean and turned down daily.

I stayed at this hotel last year and the experience was great I decided to book here because of the was aching I really need the jacuzzi. Sadly. it was out of order so I had to spend the entire weekend with an aching back. other than that I had a good stay

Rooms was clean our heater didn’t work but they put a electric heater in the room for us that did a fine job.
