Peaceful stay, just give more effort cleaning rooms and having them smell luxurious. Shampoo the carpets. Perfect stay.

Normally this location gets 5 stars from me. We stay here at least once a year while visiting family. The location is great, the staff is accommodating and friendly, and it’s always clean- even the pool! This time the pool was closed for the whole holiday week we were there. This was one of the highlights of staying here, especially for my kiddo. It ruined the vibe for sure. Our fridge was not working. Not a huge deal just obnoxious when you’re staying for the week. Our room bathroom door wouldnt latch or lock. The side table was broken. We went there for the pool and hot tube

The pool and hot tub were out of order and that is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. There was no fan in the bathroom so there was condensation and I don't know if that is why we were sneezing a lot and our noses were stuffy the whole time we were in the room. The water pressure in the shower was not good at all. The people in the room next to us were playing hip hop very loud that it felt like our room was vibrating. We talked to the guy in the front desk about it.
