rooms clean and spacious staff friendly only thing i didnt like was pool was closed and it's an indoor pool

The elevator was broken and instead of giving me first second floor to accommodate- I had the fourth floor

All of staff we encountered were pleasant, rooms and common areas were clean. They did earn that 5th star due the heavily advertised pool and jacuzzi neing taken out of service and not not bothering to state this in their advertising.. Bait and switch.... star due to their pool and hot tu.
