I loved the room clean…big everything but the whole point in booking in this hotel was because it had a inside pool it was suppose to be a fun weekend for me an my boyfriend but was disappointed that the whole 4 days that I was there the pool was dirty & the spa was closed because it wasn’t working.
The staff didn’t want to give sheets or blankets for the pullouts.
The room didn’t have enough towels and the bathroom wasn’t clean.
The front desk staff was completely unhelpful in getting our needs met. The hot tub was closed the pool area was not very clean, it seemed very dusty and dirty. Our room was lacking in some of the features that the other room had, such as a chair for the desk and a little bedside table. Our stay was average; the front desk staff made our stay below average.
Staff ability to clearly speak to customers was just not there. The gal that checked us in barely spoke English and seemed dirty or at least her hair did.
This is a A hotel! My daughters absolutely loved it. We stayed on the 12th floor and the view out the window is really cool! The rooms are extremely nice and the pool was a lot of fun, we were in it for hours. Next time we are in Dallas definitely booking another room at this location!
There was no room service available, we had to stop a young lady we saw in the hall to ask for towels and wash clothes.
Front desk clerk that checked us in was absolutely wonderful and very caring
