Loved everything! Free wifi, free breakfast, big mini fridge & microwave! Loved how the room came with a AC. Only thing I did not like was the shower curtain & the blow dryer. Other than that everything was amazing & staff was amazing as well! Definitely ill come back to this hotel if I ever go back to Texas!
Property was clean and the room was nice but… the drawers ok night stand and door covering fridge would not stay shut. They would come open like a ghost was opening them just to mess with us. The ac unit would not stay running and kept kicking off for no reason so it got hot when we were sleeping and out of showers. Also GPS would not pick up this hotel as The location is in the back of the parking lot behind other businesses which is inconvenient. Great for families! There for spring break with family. Very clean, well maintained, pool/hot tub was great also. Enjoyed the breakfast, the lady on Sunday morning was very kind. They have cheap snacks behind the counter that was great after a late night out with the kids.
The amenities in the rooms were very outdated we had a very small TV that had a DVD player included no remote that work properly and the TV was very fuzzy.. the furniture was old and outdated the only thing new or updated was the paint on the walls
Good hotel for travel and passing through. Not too far from Ft. Worth attractions. Staff was so nice.
Loved the location of the hotel, only a 20-30min drive to everywhere we wanted to visit while on our trip! Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, check in was easy, parking was nice! The only complaints are that the fridge wasn’t keeping cool very well, only one shelf was doing the job but if in there too long it would basically freeze it 😅 some of my breastmilk went to waste. Poor maintenance We had problems with the elevator beginning on Thursday evening when we checked in and we brought it to the attention of the person on duty. We continued to have problems until Sunday when they had to shut down the elevator. The person on duty tried to act like the problem had just started. The Hotel needs to react to problems and get them fixed ASAP, most problems will not fix themselves. I am assuming that they wanted to avoid after hours service fees. Best Hotel stay in a long time!!! Everything about this Hotel was great!! Donovan at the front desk was very informative and quick to get me to my room! Pool and Hot-tub were functioning and a great way to relax. The ladies who did breakfast were always pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back!!!
