NOT in Waco - 20 minutes away We thought this hotel was in waco. It's not. It is in the middle of nowhere about 20 minutes from Waco. The front desk lady is rude. We were specifically told the pool closes at 10pm but they often keep it open if you are quiet. We showed up at 9:00pm and it was closed!! The hotel staff saw us walk back to our room with bathing suits and towels and laughed. The hotel is clean and breakfast is good. The rooms are pretty big. But, this hotel is NOt worth the $160 we paid. So disappointed.
Nice place Only issue was all of the bed pillows were small, like travel pillows. Would have been nice to have a combo of regular and small.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure to offer anything we needed. & the beds were great and comfy! Rooms were clean.
Would love to stay here again. Was a little hard to find the entrance since I expected it to be right off the main highway. But once located everything else went smoothly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Even the pool/hot tub was good. The only suggestion is for the pool to have more tables and chairs for families to put their stuff down. Also, someone should check to ensure there are clean pool towels more often.

Beautiful centrally located hotel Pros: Close to the freeway, very convenient to the greater Fort Worth and Dallas area. Cons: Nothing. Location: Indoor skydiving, plenty of restaurants, mall very close by. I was in on business, and stayed at the hotel because it was close to Richland Hills. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to all needs that we had. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the king bed was very soft and nice. Good location near place I was visiting Pool and hot tub need updating and more maintenance preformed on them
Love the remodeled tooms Nice remodeling,the only thing I would like the to change is firmer beds. Love the ocean tv channel made my sleep good. Front desk were friendly! The breakfast needs work but ok.
Nice hotel I would have stayed another night but my reservation was not saved. Offered another at a much higher rate, so we left.
