Room great. Breakfast horrible. Ate breakfast at 9:30 and hardly anything left. Nothing new brought out. Breakfast at 9:30 should be the same as at 8:00. VERY disappointed with breakfast. Friendliness at check in and comfort of room.

Would probably if needed stay at this property in the future! The breakfast being offered was substantial! Our room was Clean. The property located on a small lake and private road entry from main street was perfect. Close walking distance to great selections of food restaurants, and Oakwood shopping plaza,etc. Free airport shuttle was also an added touch!

It was nice I did not find the bed very comfortable. There was a dirty tissue at the back of the sink. Visible from the toilet, not otherwise.

Stayed because our flight home was canceled and they offered a shuttle to airport Pool towels were too small and you had to ask for them they weren’t available at the pool Breakfast was fine, convenient.

Exceptional
Great location and friendly staff. Kimberly/Tampa Location is perfect for my needs to the train and hospital while visiting my daughter 4x for a whole month. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
