Pleasant Asked for daily room service but did not get it Size of room staff was friendly
Very welcoming and felt at home. Service.
It was OK for 1 night. They didn't have extra pillows in the bed. The room was for four people and there was just three towels. The breakfast was horrible. Location! It was close to the airport. Good room size. Fast check in and check out. For extra US$ 5,00 we were accommodate to a lakefront room.

Buen lugar para una corta estancia aeroportuaria. El desayuno es muy básico. Podrían mejorarlo y hacer del momento de desayuno también parte de las buenas experiencias del hotel. No necesariamente aumentas costos si haces bien las cosas con decisión de servirle al cliente. Tal vez como lo ven como un hotel de paso, no se hace esfuerzo de fidelización.
