I could hear every loud laughing and talking at nights from my room… one particular night a car in the parking lot was just alarming over and over

The front desk are all very friendly and attentive, especially Brandon the young man that checked me in was very helpful very sweet, great disposition, willing to help. It is very refreshing nowadays to see a young man doing his job and doing it well above and beyond.

The people were great, the property was nice but the AC in our room literally sounded like a jet taking off whenever it turned on. Also we were right by the ice machine so were were awakened by that several times. I would stay there again just not in room 200.

Perfect place to stay the night before a cruise! Port transportation was perfect, shops & restaurants in walking distance

Good place for the money, but didn’t hold my reservation, what is a reservation for? Our flight was delayed and instead king size bed we have to stay in double bed for the first night then move out and wait until they prepare new room
