Hotel confortable. A bit further from the airport than expected. Standard hotel with an acceptable breakfast.
Exceptional I took the wrong shuttle to the wrong hotel and your staff had your shuttle pick me up from the other hotel. When I walked through your hotel door my room key was ready and your staff treat me with dignity and respect. I couldn't be more pleased with your staff and your facility.

Great place to stay before and after a cruise! We have stayed here 3 years in a row and have always been on floors 1 and 2. We were on the 5th this time and air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off. Also pool chairs need to be replaced Maureen was fabulous!!!! Excellent customer service. Others were just good but she was amazing!!!!!
