Bed was very comfortable. Airport shuttle took over 30 minutes to arrive. Staff seemed nice, but the facility needs some help - carpets were worn, elevator groans, maids didn't have tissue boxes, door to room seemed rather chewed up. Bug on the bathroom floor. Be aware that the shuttle has limited hours, so you may need an Uber instead. Very overpriced for what we got. Not the best location for walking to restaurants.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay before my cruise…. Offered a free shuttle from the airport and shuttle to the port (which had a fee)

our stay we have stayed there before...they have made some improvements, but not as many as they should have. Elevator growing slower...fitness room a laugh...weight is rusting and can hardly be moved. Furniture in room needs to be replaced. Door bottom to bathroom is falling apart..mold on corners of door...poor job of putting silcone around bathtub...amateur hour. Breakfast limited and appliances need to be updated...need more help with breakfast...wiping off tables, etc. Price was right. checking in easy.
The property could use some updating, and the breakfast was mediocre, but the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable!
