Room and bed were comfortable, but there are management problems. We stayed here twice, before and after our cruise. Both times there were problems with the keys. If you are there for more than one night, they do not do any kind of cleaning in between the nights. The main problem is the shuttle service. We were told that the shuttle ran every hour on the hour. Have stayed at this property many times. Friendly efficient staff! Great wildlife and water fowl plus lake. Would like the property to replace carpeting with more appealing flooring!
