Pleasant There was a fire of some sort upon our arrival at midnight on 5/3-5/4. Unable to check in until 1am and still paid $305 Ridiculously high rate when I called to say we would only be there midnight to 9am. $305 for 9 hrs for a middle aged couple

Short The staff at checkin we were early which was fine but had to wait theee hours for a room and then they was allowing other guests rooms and I had to get upset to even get something done manager did end up helping Clean
