This was a very interesting stay for me. The night staff was friendly and helpful. The room was okay HOWEVER we did not have room keys that actually worked. We had a totally of 6 sets of keys that did not work. There were different people who looked at the door to try and fix it. We finally received a set of keys this morning an hour before check out. My stay at this hotel was HORRIBLE. This was my 2nd time staying at this location. I checked in around 4:45pm for one night. I had an early flight out the next morning. I complained 3-5x during my stay. The 1st few times I complained, I was told the driver was out & would address it up on his return. I would've complained more, had I not left for a few hours to have dinner. I believe the person staying in the room next to me was servicing clients the entire time I was there. After booking at this location I may never book again with a Wyndham hotel. We ( my 2 daughters and myself) booked this room , with points, at 1030 pm, driving in. After driving 10 hours our car broke down on the Florida turnpike. We called to ask if we ended up not making it could we get our points back. Mine you we was exhausted and very scared and upset. Awful awful awful. When we got to the room, the bathroom floor was not vacuumed as there was pieces of paper everywhere. The bathtub had disgusting black staining around the drain. The walls are also very very thin. If you want a hotel that will give you a good night sleep, avoid this one. We could hear our neighbors brushing their teeth, putting things down on the counter, unzipping their bag, pretty much everything that they did. It was like they were in the same room as us. We stayed a night while our flight was delayed. We were told the room was non-smoking, but there were cigarette burns on the carpet and a smell as though they'd tried to mask the odour. Overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel was lacking. No mattress protector on the bed. Pool looked okay, but in need of a full scrub and a leaf filter. Breakfast was decent and well staffed.
