Staff were helpful. We found bugs on nightstand. Not sure what they were, but the night person quickly moved us to another room. That room had bugs in the bathroom, silverfish. The sink, tub, toilet and bed were clean. Everything else was grubby and in need of a deep clean. Not sure I would stay here again, but other hotels are very expensive.

Place was great except for the room we had a confusing moment where they gave us a room that was already reserved for another host. It was quickly fixed, Other than that place is close to everything

The room was clean and surprisingly nice when I walked in. Grounds are well kept deapite the ducka from the lake in front. My concern is multiple guesta had issues w/ keys not working for the doors, which was inconvenient because the elevators were limited and not very quick. Breakfast options were comparable, however, the ladies seemed to lack structure and ran out of items quickly. Overall, it was a decent stay and the have a shuttle that will pick up and drop off at the airport.
