Affordable Ice machine wasn’t working but everything else was ok. Property was clean and the staff was friendly..... Enjoyed the stay!

Very Good Some places had fruit flies where the coffee was and also the elevators need work and to be cleaned I did not like the fact that the ice machines was only on the second and fourth floor and I was on the first floor the king size room only had 3 small pillows the room was not cold enough at first but it did cool off the smell of the room smell like someone had been smoking in there and the past The staff was very helpful my room key end up demagnetizing from my door and they fixed it right away fresh towels and line... read more

My stay at Laquinta Inn Cypress Creek I didn't like that Bookings.com gave me a price that I would pay at the hotel then the hotel increased it by about 30$. This is the first time this happened to me. I just travelled and stayed at Hilton Gardens Inn and the price was sane as given by bookings.com. When I asked them hey told me it's due to taxes. The front desk staff was very helpful. They assisted me well with getting a taxi and with printing my travel visa.
