I guess it was overall good The staff was friendly and the room and lobby were very clean Excellent experience, however I had a family emergency and had to leave about 2 hours later after checking in.

The price was right My major disappointment was that I was unable to get internet in my room which I really needed for work. I was there 6 days and never able to get internet service in my room. The property was nice enough for the price. I did have a fridge and microwave in the room.

I am so sorry to hear that internet connection was an issue. There is toll free number in your room where a tech can help you get back online. We have not had issues with our internet since the time we lost power back when Hurricane Irma arrived.

Ya hice la reserva para volver a hospedarme aquí en mi próximo viaje. La máquina de hielo que había en el piso (estaba en el 2°) no funcionaba. A veces el segundo ascensor que estaba más alejado a la recepción no funcionaba. Me sorprendió gratamente, siempre conseguí lugar para estacionar y tumbonas alrededor de la piscina, habitación tranquila, piscina limpia, jacuzzi al aire libre muy bueno. Good las habitaciones necesitan su mantenimiento asi como el colchon que estaba bastante pozudo. Realmente nada confortable. Ubicacion para mis citas de trabajo excelente. El desayuno dulce no es mucho de mi agrado, es muy ligero los desayunos americanos. realmente no son mucho de mi agrado.
