Pleasant I stayed in 309 and the mattresses was very very drity I tell the front desk and he did nothing about .for as bad as that was I should have get some money back.also wanted to go in the pool at 8pm and could not go.

1st time fort lauderdale experience I didn't quite like the fact that on this one day in particular we didn't get room service , then when we asked about it the next day we got partial room service . The breakfast was good but I think it needs more options. More options of fresh fruit for example would be great . Both receptionist jenelle and Nikki were superb. They answered all our questions in a professional manner and they were very helpful in terms of helping us to know what transportation we need to get where as it was ... read more

Excellent for families The breakfast was not satisfying my expectations, some fruit, ham, cheese and other kind of milk were missing. There is a bigger tv than usual, perfect conditions of the room, kindness of the staff was great
