Decent value but regular maintenance needs to be addressed. The first room we were put in the AC didn't work and it was a smoking room which we did not reserve. The staff wouldn't change our room until we contacted the manager. The light switch in the bathroom was finicky. The carpet in rooms were dirty and we had black feet just from walking around. Pretty good place, great value! Noisy and bright intersection, even overnight, loud guests with kids running in hallway. Basic, not upscale. Convenient, had free breakfast and free WiFi, responsive staff.
