Exceptional The bed was very comfortable, staff was professional and very helpful. I will most definitely be staying here again.
Very dissatisfied Staff needs retraining. The carpeting was filthy and i was placed in a smoking room and told it was non smoking.
Stay was average. The hallway carpet was filthy and the hallways in general are neglected.. Location was perfect for me on this trip. Room was clean.

Ik heb betere la quita's gehad De kamer is hard aan vernieuwing toe, de gangen zijn vies , zitten halve beveiliging strips op de deuren , badkamer deur sloot niet naar behoren , geen rekening op het einde , voor de grote van het hotel , was de ontbijtruimte veel te klein , stelde trouwens ook niet veel voor , uiteindelijk ik had beter verwacht in la Quinta. Excellent Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice. It was clean and we'll kept.. breakfast was good.

Okay Front desk staff very rude & overcharged my stay. When I called down & asked for the extra charge to be reversed, I was told that it could not be done. When I stated that I would come down & speak with the manager, she said fine & hung up;only to call me an hour later to state that she reversed the charge. When I spoke to the manager at the end of my stay, he was very unapologetic when I explained the situation & kept making excuses for the agent.
