Exceptional El desayuno podrías ser mas variado, todos los dias nos dieron lo mismo. Las habitaciones son excelentes, el desayuno no varia mucho entre días. El aseo de las habitaciones es excelente.
Exceptional The pool needed a good vacuuming. The hot tub was green and brown colored. Staff didn't know. But once told called pool guy ASAP and he came right out and got it cleaned up. But maintenance or someone does need to check on pool area every morning to be sure it's cleaned up. The staff here are exceptional! Never once did I feel like I was bothering them. Breakfast was not hot but usually is. Something happened. But they had cereal, waffles, toast, bagels, oatmeal and fruit. So was a nice breakfast.

Pleasant Tv ,elevator not working . I did contacted front desk about it the lady after second call bring another remote control still not working. Was it pleasant
Affordable When we arrived one elevator was out of order and in the following day the other was broken too. So, we had to carry our luggage through the stairs for three floors! The breakfast is quite basic...missed eggs, bacon, cheese or any other protein. It's well located if you have a car. Not good for walking. The bed and sheets are comfortable.
Pleasant They were fixing one elevator and the other one had problems and stopped working, it was fixed and then it stopped working again. The room was on the 4th floor. I stayed 3 nights and the day after I arrived I asked for the room to be cleaned but they didn't do it. The only bad thing was that during the 3 days, they didn't change the towels or sheets, that's what I didn't like about the service.
