Questionable Upon getting to the hotel, several of the room attendants were busy talking to the receptionist. Instead of her ending the conversation, she continued without even acknowledging me. I literally had to ask her if she was ready for me. That turned me off and made me think that the hotel staff weren't very professional. The first day I had my do not disturb sign and made sure to remove it by 11am, I left out around 1pm and came back to my room to find it wasn't cleaned. Great location, near tri-rail, fresh breakfast and professional staff. I would have preferred a business center so I could get a bit of work done. I needed to print and there was no business center available. Please get at least one computer and one printer . Also, no shuttle to tri-rail . Would have been helpful. The kids loved the boiled eggs, waffle maker and fresh muffins all free for breakfast ! We had fresh bath and pool towels anytime we needed . Laundry and exercise facility too. Good Everything was great only thing I would change is the breakfast area is a little too small and more food options Mission the location in the fact that there are three places to get food in walking distance and a movie theater and a shopping complex a mile or two down the road

Bei guter lage, nahe flughafen, angenehmer aufenthalt. Nicht allzu saubere teppiche. Punkt 10 uhr war schluss mit frühstück. Was aus war, wurde nicht unbedingt nachgefüllt. Für 3 personen nur 1 schampoo. Freundliches personal, gute betten, sauberes bad.
Nice Staff but Beds Are Uncomfortable The sofa sleeper was about the worst you have ever seen. The front desk tried to help, and couldn't, but he tried. The regular bed was not comfortable either. Not worth the $140 a night we paid. The staff was super helpful as we were trying to figure out another bed situation.
