A professional staff and the room are clean
Fair With exception of my guest's previous stay, there's always something wrong with the plumbing every time I book here. Usually, it's the sink that backs up. This time, the toilet would run, and the sofa was covered in a white film of dust! The dust was so bad that my guest started feeling bad, like he was coming down with something. Only, his symptoms improved after check-out. It was the dust causing him to feel bad! For the kind of money I paid for three nights, I expected better.
