I was happy that my obligation kept me from the place but I suffered in the nights. The carpet was black and smells. The smell of CIGAR all week was unbearable when you got to the hallway of the room. Location is good, providing breakfast is also a great feature.
Pleasant HOTEL NEED REBUILD AND STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY, SHOULD BE MORE POLITE THE CLEANES WAS VERY GOOD
No Parking! OMG, the parking is a nightmare. The spaces are SO SMALL that it is a serious challenge to get in and out of the car without dinging the next car. We had a rental that we tried to protect and we definitely would not return with our own car! Pleasant staff, particularly the breakfast crew. Pretty good breakfast too!
Okay The fact there was confetti all over the room and inside the air conditioner. There was also alcoholic bottle tops still on the counter top near the television when we checked in. I guess there was a sweet 16 year old birthday party in the room before we were there. Could have been a little more cleaned and I did alert the staff upon leaving. Staff was pleasant and linen was clean!

Helpful staff Our neighbors were extremely noisy up to 1am, the situation was handled very well by front desk and security. I thought it was expensive, but it was January 1st Staff were very helpful
Did not respect the "Do not disturbe" continental breakfas :(

Good Carpet was sooo dirty and as we were traveling with toddler it was really annoing. Noise was loud from the room next to us, and the elevator seems that it is going to fall any time. And receptionist was eating ice cream and checking us in like he doesnt care, every information that i needed i had to ask him by myself Breakfast was good, the woman who were changing us towels every day was so pleasant, we had a nice view on the pool area, bed was clean and confortable, there was allways available parking spot, bathroom wa... read more
