Quarto com cheiro a tabaco Éramos 3 pessoas, reservei 2 camas King deluxe Hotel antigo sem remodelação com quartos a cheirar imenso a tabaco, janela nem abria Pedi para trocar e só havia opção de quarto com sofá É obrigatório assinar um papel á entrada a proibir fumar nos quartos com multa caso o faça Cama confortável

Good Al llegar al hotel pidieron cargar a una tarjeta 100 dolares por habitación, como garantía y dijeron que al salir reembolsarían la cantidad. Cuando salimos pedí me dieran el baucher con la cantidad de regreso, y me dijeron que ya había quedado devuelto a mi tarjeta. Saliendo del hotel tomamos un crucero y ya no pude checar si me habían quitado la retención de los dolares , ya pude ver los cargos en mi tarjeta y aparece el cargo como (en proceso ) y no lo han quitado aún. Adjunto abajo la imagen del cargo.

Pleasant Pool was dirty and hot tub wasnt working right. The bed felt old and was uncomfortable. Liked the staff and location.
