Not happy about the extra $100 deposit They deducted an extra $100 from my bank account, for a insurance deposit against guests breaking things in the room, it's been almost a week and I haven't gotten my $100 back yet this really is an inconvenience and makes me not want to book there again, there should be a way where that $100 deposit goes back sooner on the guest bank account Good atmosphere

That being said the deposit is refunded on the day of check-out by the hotel but merchants have 2-10 business days to reflect to the method of payment. The stay was short but, it was good. No complaints The only thing was the elevator. It needs to be updated a bit in terms of appearance. The parking and outside was very clean upon arrival. Easy to maneuver and find room
