Exceptional My actual reservation was canceled for the 2 nights stay and nobody informed me or called me about it. So I had to try and find me another room for my stay. The young lady that checked me in was very helpful and polite and wanted her customer to be happy by all means. She made sure that I was able to get a room for what she had available. overall was good for night stay for what we intended. beds were uncomfortable. bathroom had some stains in the tub like rust maybe, cabinet door in bathroom was broke. staff was nice, good location to stock yards and the pumpkin nights we were visiting.
Exceptional NA I just love this particular location. it’s our home away from home, when ever we come to or thru Fort Worth. The staff here is amazingly helpful in all ways!!!

Pleasant The room smelled damp, like water had been soaked into the carpet. The shower handle was broken and hard to turn on or off. A couple of outside access doors were broke also, other than that. Decent for what it is

it was okay just for the night. I guess. the windows where dirty like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. In the room the ceiling had water damage there was red spots on the carpet looked somewhat like blood. the tv volume didn’t work. the lobby looked updated, and the breakfast area as well. the house keepers were very polite.
