Upon check-in there was an issue with the third party booking service I had used, the manager and staff member Xavier promptly had it straightened out. Xavier was then extremely helpful with telling us places to eat and some things to do near by. This was so welcoming after an early flight and some car rental issues.
Xavier was Great very welcoming and answered all my questions about breakfast and pool hours before i could ask. Job well done!
