Exceptional It took awhile for someone to come to check us in. The room was too hot at night even with air set on 65. Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice, enjoyed indoor pool/hot tub, breakfast was good.

Very professional The front desk clerk Xavier was excellent and helpful when he check me in also the guy who check me out was just as nice and professional I cant remember his name. Also I have been a Laquinta memeber for over 10 years and I love the new look at the Forest Hill location.

Very nice stay before heading back home Xavier was the best guy at the desk and most helpfull to us.

Pleasant The room, especially the carpet, had some wear and tear that needs to be fixed/replace. The complimentary breakfast was good, but the staff did not keep it very well stocked. Guests had to go into the back room to ask them for items and the front desk staff even came over to help. Xavier at the front desk was very patient, kind, and helpful when we checked in. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The location was ideal for our destination and the price was very reasonable.
