It was very peaceful. I heard no noise from anywhere and I enjoyed the quiet. Breakfast breads had no wheat or whole grain. I am a diabetic and white bread is not good for me. There was no tip jar for the kitchen attendant. I like to leave a tip. There was no envelope in the room for a tip for housekeeper. I left cash and she did not take it. I prefer an envelope so she knows I am grateful. Shuttle was available when I needed it. Drivers were courteous and very kind. Kitchen attendant was very helpful and gracious.

It was pleasant. Quite pricey compared to Holiday Inn. The desk associate was wonderful. I like that pets are allowed.

We do offer a breakfast that is included in the price, but that doesn't really impact the room rate. We basically charge the lowest rate in the neighborhood, except for the RR Inn.

Nice and refresh with a great staff but diabetics be wear!! The refrigerator had no mini freezer. See above comments. The hotel was clean and had a fresh look to it. Nice continental breakfast and great coffee. Wish they had scrambled eggs. The staff seem to work as a team and jumped in to help each other to provide excellent customer service. Decent place to stay. Credit card was declined multiple times even though it worked throughout the weekend at other venues. Lina at the front desk was excellent
