Exceptional Well there could have more selection at breakfast. The hotel was clean; the staff was professional; the value of the room was great.

Good We were originally assigned a room that was already occupied. The shuttled was tougher to use since you had to schedule it in advance and the open times weren’t convenient so we ended up using taxes which costs us more. Should have rented a car there since it would have been more convenient. Property was nice but a little outdated. It Included breakfast and was close to Hofstra University. Liked that they had a shuttle around town.

Good We needed more towels and was told that the request was excessive. There were 8 women Room was clean and comfortable when we needed the light bulb to be changed someone came up fast

Dear Pamela, Thank you for telling us about your stay. I am SHOCKED & DISMAYED that there was a yellow stain on the toilet seat. I am sure it was that one of our two chemicals we use to clean the rooms (one is pink and the other is yellow) must have dripped onto the seat after cleaning. I al also sorry that the room you expected based on one of our many room types with pictures, did not have the sofa bed that you expected. I am sorry this was not a perfect stay. I really do hope you give us another chance!
Good breakfast is really simple, they have boiled egg, waffle, bread, bagle, tomato, fruit, coffee, yogurt. no scramble egg, no meat, no sausage...no salad..and The shower flows very little, smaller than other hotel. room is big with two bed, staff is friendly
