Nice for laat minute stays Breakfast was ended before 10am. There were no microwave or fridge initially in the room. No access to jacuzzi area overnight. Microwave and fridge were added to room upon request. Easy check in, check out. Great front desk staff.

Dear Ms. Murray, thank you for telling us about your stay. Unlike most hotels which stop complimentary breakfast at 9am, ours is open until 10am, and on New years day, we stayed open until 11am. The Jacuzzi is closed at 10pm for safety and security of our guests. Since we are not a resort hotel, This too is the norm.

Exceptional Nothing Close to where we needed to be, went into Manhattan one day. The hotel has a shuttle to the near by Mineola Station.
