Sad situation The Blow dryer was broken ,when I ask for a replacement the maintenance man did not bring one , he only came to check on if it was indeed broken ,I told front desk I had an appointment to please hurry.I had to leave with wet hair and ask him to leave at front desk I will pick up when I came back. He took it upon himself to enter my room when I told him not to. Extremely unacceptable.The Iron board was broken had to kneel on floor to iron my shirt . Overall very convenient hub for the stay, being center to many things in Long Island. Could not use USB memory to print documents at the business center Free tea and coffee all day. with honey, half & half, 2% milk, those are all necessary and give you perfect milk tea or milk coffee!
It was ok. Thought it was a little pricey for the room. Garbage can was not cleaned out in room. Bulb I light above sink was partly burned out. Hair dryer was falling off wall. Breakfast, Location
Pleasant The breakfast area tables were sticky and dirty. I arrived at 645 for breakfast and the tables were all dirty. The designated smoking area was filthy from the night before There were boxes filled of wine bottles and beer bottles ,chips snd garbage all over the area. Not much of a choice for breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Quick check in

Great one night stay. Family of four staying and only one little shampoo bottle left with soap. Could have used more. we liked having a fridge and microwave in room.
