Exceptional
Location works great for UBS arena events. The sofa bed is what it is. I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable sleep. Side door key card entry wasn’t working. Elevators are hot for some reason. This was our second time staying here. We booked it out of convenience for location of the venue. We had a king bed and sofa bed room. The king bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful and nice.
