No hot water! There was ZERO hot water in my room. Very clean and friendly staff

Awesome
Great stay! The room was clean and the bed is comfy! The bathroom was in pristine condition! I've traveled to NY at least 5 times this year and this is the first hotel that met all our expectations. The price is on point AND the free breakfast is delish! We made our own Belgian waffles and the variety of cereal, bagels & muffins was a huge plus! Next time we visit NY, we're staying here.
