It was a nice environment and location. The beds were extremely firm. Which was the first time I had experienced this at any hotel I've stayed at. The beds in that particular room we were in, both queen beds were very, very hard. The location of the hotel was great. It was close by various restaurants, Wal-Mart, Kroger's etc. Even though they didn't serve breakfast, they provided fruits, Danish and bottle water/juice thst was bagged, due to health restrictions.

Good The morning/day Front Desk staff was great and very helpful. Night Front Desk staff was not as friendly. Very short answers and no personality. Called down shortly after check in and got no answer on first call and on second call, he was very short to answer my question (where was the coffee maker?) and then hung up on me before I could ask another. Overall hotel was nice but no breakfast or pool due to Covid restrictions. Location was great
