Exceptional The hotel was on a frontage road, so navigating around can be a bit tricky. The hotel itself was just fine. The breakfast wasnt so great. I would not recommend it. Manager was super friendly and the hotel was very clean and quiet, even tho it was beside major interstate.
Nice place to stay Its located on a frontage road that can be a bit confusing to navigate for people not familiar with the area. There were no restaurants within walking distance, but there are some fast food places within a short drive. The breakfast was not as good as we've received in other similar hotels. --fewer choices and not as tasty. In fact, we bypassed the breakfast after the first day. Exceptional
Good for a quick overnight trip. Breakfast was so-so at best. Front desk left unattended at check-out time. Was somehow checked out by someone else prior to us checking out which made me question the security of my personal information (later found that no personal info was ever in danger of being shared). Pet friendly without a fee. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Worked out great for a quick overnight sleep. Would consider staying again if the need arises.
Jeremy made the difference When I first checked in I was given the room key to someone else room. As in somone was in the room...Still!! When I went to take a shower I was unable to because the spigot was broke. When i went to use the electricity in the bathroom one of the sockets started smoking!! Every SINGLE time I called the front desk Jeremy came right in and fixed all of my issues... And on top of that, he discounted my room!! He provided GREAT customer service and made what could of been a bad experience a good one.
Good We went to swim, but the smell of chemicals was so strong ( it was overwhelming) so we left. The kids were very disappointed. The rooms were very clean.
otherwise a good stay.. I did not like the maids coming into the room and short towels me. This is a corcern and it will cost me in the longrun.
