Clean, comfortable. No management The last night of our stay a bus full of kids approximately 15 checked in. Their rooms were rigbt above ours, we had many miles to drive the next day and they decided to stay up and make loud noise all night. I went to the front desk at approximately 3am and asked for them to quiet them down and was told to go talk to their parents. Their parents were sitting in the lobby and I didn't feel it was my responsibility to handle this matter, this was very unprofessional!! However I was tired and ... read more

Overall the stay was very good, comfortable and quiet. The tile floors in the entry to the room and bathroom were sticky. Upon arrival, the main entry was solid ice and scary to walk on. It would have been prudent to apply some ice melt. The location where breakfast was served was fine. It would have been good to have fresh fruit and instant oatmeal along with the other offerings.
