Oskar made our day The sink didn't drain well but the hotel will be undergoing renovations as it recently changed from La Quinta to Baymont so that's probably going to be fixed. Oskar at the front desk was the epitome of customer service and friendliness. In all of my travels, I have never come across a person as cordial and accommodating as he was. I know a person doesn't necessarily make a place, but in this case he really set the tone for the stay.
