A Great Airport Hotel with necessary Facilities and highly Friendly Staff Internet Speed is slow The Hotel Staff are highly friendly, especially Mr. Avi, Druv and shuttle bus driver (The Senior Citizen). We checked out early morning but our flight was cancelled. We returned back to the hotel at early morning. Hotel staff sent Airport Shuttle to pick up us and we stayed back our room again. Pleasant Hotel nás neinformoval o rekonstrukci. Objednávala jsem odvoz z na letiště na č. letu a čas jako službu v ceně hotelu. Nikdo nepřijel, nereagovali na zprávy ani telefonáty z letiště. Zaplatily jsme si taxi. Recepční nám potvrdila, zapsala si a přislíbila čas ranního odvozu na letiště, ráno o ničem nevěděli a odjely jsme s téměř o hodinu později.

Very Good All the construction, the front desk clerk the heavy set white girl was not welcoming,she messed up my reservation. I was in 426 and she sent housekeeping or whom ever to ask me when I was leaving or was I checking out when I had just went down stairs and paid for another day, then she said well the system has not updated well why take my money and deposit if your system isn't updated. At check out time the same girl ask me wasn't you in room 503 I said no y'all kept me in room 426,I never moved out of room 426. I ... read more

Nice rooms, but bad staff The shower pressure was terrible and I do mean terrible. It was a little tiny spray. The TV didn't work. When I came down for checkout I had to wait about 15 minutes before someone showed up, my Lyft was about to get there and I asked the person that showed up to hurry because I needed to head to the airport for my flight, but he took another 5 minutes to get the deposit.
