Awesome besides the unfriendly male staff. The staff. My entire 9 day stay…the only staff that made me feel comfortable was a lady….a white American lady who was beyond friendly. The guys….be prepared for them to stay in their phone while you wait at the counter for help, they have attitudes and act like you are bothering them. I was going to go back but it was just the staff….they made me avoid the lobby and them. My room was so nice, and it was quiet for the most part they even came and made my bed and cleaned when I took ... read more

Good Food still very American... but ok at all. We visit La Quinta near IAH each year just for 1 night through our trip to Roatan, and this year they have spent lots off efforts to renovate the rooms and hotel - it looks so much better than last year's and we were happy to have 1 night in a ready made room. Really improved our stay a lot! Good job!
