It was an ideal place to stay before catching an early flight The one elevator is located way in the back of the building. The other entrances had a sign indicating the need for room key to enter, but none of them locked. This made me feel a little less secure. Great place to stay before flying out of George Busch Intercontinental Airport—right Doreen the road.

Good basic stay and cheap. Cleanliness in common areas was questionable. Elevator was not conveniently located and was very run down and filthy. Stairway and hallway carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Breakfast was adequate. Basic hotel waffles and some light continental options.

Good for an airport layover. The AC machine in the room was so loud! The hallway carpet really needs replacing and the lift needs a makeover. The only reason it's so expensive is because it's by the airport. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, close to the airport.

great value, comfortable stay with complimentary breakfast could do with a kettle in the room as only had a coffeemaker and part of it was missing . there is yea and coffee down in the lobby but often the water isn’t hot enough otherwise there’s nothing else . It was great value very convenient to the airport , large room with two beds . excellent complimentary breakfast with an awesome waffle maker friendly helpful reception staff shuttle to and from the airport

Nice for 1 night Hotel interior needs a facelift, the carpet looks terrible and the elevator looks like it belongs in a rundown place. I was told they were going through restorations so hopefully gets better. Employees were very friendly and courteous
